Extensive_description_of_the_dataset The dataset includes a bundle of data and metadata: i) Branches: Data on experimental trees and selected branches used in the experiment; ii) Food-choice Experiment (Data on food-choice tests comparing preference of Operophtera brumata caterpillars for leaves from treated and control branches); iii) Polyphenols_and_Proteins: Data on polyphenol profiles and protein content in the studied leaves and their response to the induction treatment used ; iv) Predation_Experiment: Data on predation experiment with clay caterpillars exposed in the experimental plot; v) Volatiles: Data on volatile production by the studied trees and branches in response to the induction treatment used.
